Im getting married abroad next month and wanted to get in shape. Whilst I was trying to run and exercise a couple of days per week, I wasn’t seeing much difference in the way I looked. I’ve never had a personal trainer or done any weight/resistance training before but my sister recommended TOM. As a busy working mum of 3, I struggled to see how I could fit it in, but thought it was worth a try. I have been working with Tom twice per week for 2 months. It’s meant some sessions at 6am but Tom has always been flexible and able to work around my schedule. The difference has been incredible and I’ve really seen a change in my body shape and generally feel stronger and fitter. Tom is really diligent and plans each session in advance constantly developing his programme as my ability improves. He changes the exercises each session so it never gets boring and I’ve actually been surprised at how much I’ve enjoyed it and look forward to the sessions, especially for stress relief! Tom is an absolute gent and I would highly recommend him.

I’ve been involved in athletics, athletic performance and strength training my entire life and surrounded by well educated professionals on this matter. Tom is without a doubt one of the best, his knowledge and expertise paid great dividends for myself. I personally don’t think it’s that challenging as well if you are committed and put in the effort. Tom provides everything you need and more, consistently responding on time when I had a question.

I worked with Tom because I wanted to lose some weight for my wedding in October. He was very thorough and professional in all aspects of my plan including training, diet guide and accountability. As a result I lost about 3kg in 8 weeks, noticed improved tone on my stomach and legs and received a lot of positive comments from family and friends on my transformation. Really pleased with the results and I have certainly learned some positive habits for lifestyle and weight management to help me maintain my improved physique. Very happy 🙂
